जीवन सूत्र (Jeevan Sutra)

निर्विशेषं यदा स्वामी समं भृत्येषु वर्तते ।
तत्रोद्यमसमर्थानामुत्साहः परिहीयते ।। { पंचतंत्र (मित्रभेद) ~ ८६ }

यदि स्वामी अपने सेवकों में योग्यता और परिश्रम आदि गुणों का कोई भेद ना रखते हुए सभी के साथ समान रूप से बर्ताव करने लगता है, तो उसके परिश्रमी और कर्तव्यपरायण सेवकों का उत्साह मंद पड़ने लगता है ।

If the employer begins treating all of his employees in a similar manner, irrespective of their abilities, hardwork and other merits, and does not distinguish their efforts, the meritorious and hardworking employees' spirit and enthusiasm begins dampening . { Panchtantra (Mitrabheda) ~ 86 }
