That which is pleasing but not true should also not be spoken. And even after understanding the complete meaning, does not freely makes its sense according to his own view. or thoughts. &lt;span style="font-size:78%;"&gt;{ &lt;span&gt;पंचतंत्र&lt;/span&gt; (&lt;span&gt;मित्रभेद&lt;/span&gt;) ~ &lt;span&gt;८६&lt;/span&gt; }&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;यदि स्वामी अपने सेवकों में योग्यता और परिश्रम आदि गुणों का कोई भेद ना रखते हुए सभी के साथ समान रूप से बर्ताव करने लगता है, तो उसके परिश्रमी और कर्तव्यपरायण सेवकों का उत्साह मंद पड़ने लगता है ।&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If the employer begins treating all of his employees in a similar manner, irrespective of their abilities, hardwork and other &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;merits, and &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;does not distinguish their efforts,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;span&gt;के&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;प्रति&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;प्रेमभाव&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;प्रदर्षित&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;करना&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span&gt;उसके&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;शत्रुओं&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;के&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;प्रति&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;द्वेषभाव&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;प्रदर्षित&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt; करना&lt;/span&gt;, &lt;span&gt;उसके&lt;/span&gt; &lt;span&gt;दानादि&lt;/span&gt;
